Once the contract has been signed, and your initial retainer has been paid, we start designing your unique engagement session. In advance of this complimentary session, I’ll provide links to outfit options in terms of color and texture, as well as a location that best fits your aesthetic and personality.
Throughout your planning process, we will maintain communication with all of your vendors to create a day-of timeline and desired shot list to ensure we all operate and execute your plans as one united team without hiccups. We also enjoy sending our bride and groom inspiration for their day throughout the planning process to keep them up to date with current trends.
On the day of, you can feel relaxed knowing you’ve hired an experienced team to handle your most precious moments. We’ve been photographing weddings for more than a decade, and are well-versed in capturing your day authentically and never glazing over the details.
We know you’re eager to see images from your special day, that’s why we deliver a sneak peek gallery within 3-4 days of your wedding. While you giddily share your images with your husband, and loved ones, we’ll be hard at work assembling the rest of your gallery and designing your luxury album. We strive to deliver your entire gallery within one month of your wedding day.

Yes, we are located right in the middle of San Francisco and Sacramento. Most venues are about an hour away, anything over an hour and a half will incur travel fees.
No, CA requires us to add sales tax if we are providing any tangible items most of our collections include USB, Prints or Albums. If your collection is only digital no taxes will be applied.
The images are 100% yours to print share with friends and family, as well as social media. The only limit is you cannot sell your photos to any publishers for profit. Therefore the copyright remains with me.
Absolutely, all of your images are delivered in the highest resolution for best printing quality.
It all depends on the number of hours and events happening throughout the day. Our minimum images delivered are 600.

We make sure that we cull through the images carefully only providing the best of your images. Trust me we don’t hold on to the good stuff.
I work with 4 fabulous photographers throughout the year, our styles are identical. I make sure to work with highly qualified and personable professionals with extensive gear. We use the latest professional grade cameras and a variety of lenses. We also carry back up equipment just in case. We carry lighting equipment as well depending on your venue.
Yes, we provide our insurance to any venue that requests it.
